Alright you fat fuck, it’s about time you’ve had some dietary discipline. you’re going to get beaten for what you’ve eaten. This Dominatrix is going to whip that fat ass of yours into shape, tub lard.

Once you are armed with the appropriate tools offering you better insight, you will find it not to be so difficult to achieve your desired goal. you need the right tool for the right job, cup cake.
However, you must have a sincere and willing desire to use these tools by giving them an honest chance. They will not fail you. Only you can fail by choosing not to use them. When correcting your bad habits I first must consider your whole self. What I mean by this is that I take into account the physical state of your body, your mind and your spiritual self. When one element in this trinity is out of balance, the other two are impacted as well. These three elements are eternally connected and it is critical that you realize this simple truth. The Chinese, East Indians and other Eastern philosophers have recognized this since times of antiquity. It’s about time you do to.
When the physical self isn’t well, the mind cannot be in a state of well being either. When the spiritual self is depleted the same applies to your physical health and mood, which is connected directly to your mental health. I do not believe mental issues or “disorders” are something that just happens to you. They are created…by you, of course.
“Mental disorders” and “chemical imbalances” are diet and lifestyle related issues. you do it to yourself. Such an imbalance is self-induced. you will soon see the obvious connection to your food choices and how they impact your mood swings, causing you discomfort of all sorts on both a physical as well as a mental level. Once you see the light of truth, there will be no more denial or excuses about your state of being.
Furthermore, your inability to handle uncomfortable emotions and stress causes further physiological changes within your body, as does putting shit-food in your system that is full of chemicals and other unnatural ingredients. Of course you have a chemical imbalance! Of course! But as already stated, it is not the fate of bad luck and is rather the direct result of demise at your own reckless hand…and lack of coping tools, foolish boy.
Ever notice how when you are upset your blood pressure soars upward as your heart pounds, your stomach churns and burns, you may even feel nauseous or perhaps like you have to go to the bathroom? These are very real, very serious physiological changes taking place within you on a chemical level. Over time, this will kill you in the same manner your diet can kill you. you must learn to cope with stress and life’s disappointments in a manner that actually benefits your well being. There are ways. That’s where I become your savior, slave. I am your salvation, leading you down the path of enlightenment.
No pill will cure you from yourself, your own bad habits or stupid choices. you have to get to the root of the problem and the problem is you, sonny. Once I help you get to the bottom of things, the solution is right there if you are only willing to take responsibility for yourself. First off, your days of blaming everything on a slow metabolism or thyroid problem are over. Thyroid problems are CAUSED by a piss-poor diet and they are cured by CORRECTING the source of the problem, which is your diet, silly boy. Food choices are the primary way to control your metabolism. This is no mystery, so stop acting like a helpless victim. you’re not.
To act like a victim only absolves you of taking responsibility for your fat ass, as if you are not accountable for yourself. Knock it off. That is a game you can’t play with Me and it’s terribly unbecoming. Let’s put polite fakeness and political correctness aside for the sake of honoring your health, well being and longevity.
Big is not beautiful when your ass cheeks hang over the sides of the chair. Big is not beautiful when you are on your death bed due to obesity’s dire end result. Big is not beautiful when you are crammed into a coffin…if you can even fit in one. Face the awful truth. Being fit, strong and healthy is attractive. Being fit will never go out of style. Neither will longevity and feeling sexy, sloth boy. And remember, being a lazy fucking pig will never be “in”.
Are you sick and tired of being the brunt of jokes, including Mine? Do you cringe when issues about weight come up and do you pretend to eat “light” when in the company of others by ordering let’s say…a salad? Some of the reasons you are so gluttonous are deep rooted, stemming back from days gone by. Over-stuffing yourself is a vain attempt to push aside uncomfortable feelings such as reoccurring resentment, past shame or relentless guilt. Sometimes you eat like you do for other reasons like being bored, feeling lonely, sad or rejected.
you try to comfort yourself with the distraction of something pleasant tasting. Although this may seem to work for a brief fleeting moment, it is short-lived at best and has a long term cost at the expense of your self-esteem and health. I have the solution, food slave. I am an omnivore who eats and enjoys many diverse foods including dairy, meats, veggies and fruits, desserts and other treats. Food should be delicious, filling and nourishing. Do not dare say I can eat these things because I have a “fast metabolism”! That is just a lazy-ass excuse that absolves you from thinking about the real reason I’m able to do this. To enjoy life’s decadent treats is a matter of balance and moderation. Yes, you may have a slice of pie. But no, you may not have the whole fucking pie, you gluttonous food slut.
