Address Me as Lady Vamp or Madame Vamp. Miss or Ma’am are perfectly fine as well. I am partial to old fashion manners. However, do not call Me “Mistress”. After all, you do not belong to Me… not yet anyway. I’m not sure I’d even have you as My property, let alone My beloved pet. Mistress is an industry standard that I find strange at times, being tossed around like a cheap hat. It sounds silly coming from an undeserving stranger, making one sound like a parrot and cheapening the meaning altogether. It’s like calling another person’s Mother “Mom or Momma”. It’s just odd and is considered culturally inappropriate.
